Nytworkshop: Tantric ropes for couples

event image

Are you curious to exploring rope work with your partner?

Do you wish to go deeper, and to be present with what you find?

Are you ready for an experiential philosophical approach to bondage? Could BDSM be more about power than whips and chains?

Great! Then this workshop with Andy Buru is the right thing for you.

Tantric rope bondage is a game of polarities and paradoxes. The things we reject and crave have more in common than we want to admit, we might find the most profound wisdom lies on the grey roads least travelled. As where BDSM and tantra meet, for example. This is a weekend of reflection and practice dedicated to exploring power and submission in ropes, and how they affect your relationship. As a couple, you can be friends, lovers or partners for life. All genders are welcome. You should agree beforehand who is to tie and who is being tied. Here there are no default gender roles.

The skill level is adjustable, but at minimum, you should be familiar and have practised the free introduction course on my homepage. That is technically equal to a three-hour beginners workshop. The person being tied should have some experience of being in ropes and playing with polarities and what feelings that invokes in them.

About Andy

My work aims to create magical rooms where people can rest, heal and grow. My tools, spirit and experience springs from neuro-semantic team building, medical massage therapy, European theatre, and Japanese rope bondage.

I work with both groups and individuals, and I love that the world is allowed to be complicated because that makes every meeting unique. My time in Japan engraved into me the presence, passion and embrace for the glimpse of zen that exists in every movement of life – and this I gladly share with you in a session, workshop, or with a cup of tea.
